A Few Things to Keep in Mind

- Late payments are subject to a 2% monthly charge, capped at 24% annually or the maximum rate permitted under Texas law.
- If a past-due balance is referred to collections or legal action, the customer is responsible for associated fees and legal costs. Legal jurisdiction will fall within Travis County, Texas.
- By applying, you acknowledge this is a written agreement between you and Glassnow, and you authorize credit verification through a report or reference check with your financial institutions and suppliers.
